■Features

・It does not cure until exposed to UV light, and cures quickly when exposed to UV light (faster than circulating adhesives) ・No heating required - UV curing equipment takes up less space than an oven ・Strong adhesive strength - Non-flammable and does not contain solvents ・Transparent and clean adhesive layer, resistant to yellowing ・High heat resistance ・Since a dispenser can be used, high-speed application on the production line is also possible.

■Main uses

・Adhesive glass for furniture, showcases, TV stands, etc. ・Architectural structures - glass balconies, stairs, etc. ・Plastic bonding - Production of decorative items and acrylic/polycarbonate processed items ・Production of store interiors and signboards ・Potting, coating, encapsulation (UV curing coating agent) ・Installation and processing of bathroom doors, handles, cabinets, and mirrors ・Production, processing, and installation of kitchen utensils ・Manufacture of disposable medical devices - needle adhesion, assembly, etc. ・Handicrafts - Production of stained glass, sculptures, trophies, etc. ・Optical filters, special displays, etc. (multilayered glass/transparent film) ・Coating and encapsulation of LED chips UV-curable adhesives cure through radical polymerization caused by exposure to ultraviolet light (UV light). UV light must be applied to the entire adhesive sandwiched between the two parts. In other words, one of the parts being bonded must be transparent to UV light.
