■Features
D.C. brushless motors do not have carbon brushes, so they are ideal for applications that require a long life, a clean environment, or where insulation deterioration with the body is a concern. The D.C. brushless motor does not rotate by itself and requires a dedicated driver. Characteristically, it is equivalent to a D.C. brush motor.
DC brushless motor. Mainly voltage is 24V, inner rotor type has outer diameter □42/□60, output 25W to 51.4W. The outer rotor type has an outer diameter of φ74 and φ100, an output of 12.5 to 200W, and has a longer lifespan and is maintenance-free compared to conventional brushed motors.
■Introduction example
Printing machines, pumps, bank machines, antenna rotation, medical equipment, valve opening/closing, OA equipment, automatic doors, separators, power tools, automotive electrical equipment, fan filter units, racing, etc.
■Inner rotor series (TD5042, TD5056, TD5055, TD5044, TD5072)
・Rotor inertia is small and responsiveness is excellent.
- Small and lightweight yet high torque due to the use of rare earth magnets.
■Outer rotor series (FZ40, FZ42, FZ50, FZ40G, FZ50G)
・The flat structure makes it very thin, small and lightweight, contributing to space savings.
・Because it is an outer rotor type, it is compact but has high torque.
・With 80 pulses/rotation signal output (FG pulse) / Standard type
■About FZ40/FZ42
・Aluminum flanges can also be manufactured.
