■Overview/Features
・Used when introducing raw material gas (silane, etc.), active gas (hydrogen, etc.), inert gas (nitrogen, argon, etc.) into the vacuum area
・You can choose from two types of valve: SS-4H (bellows seal type) and LV-10 (O-ring seal type)
・VCR can be specified as male or female.
- Compatible with all flanges and fittings
・The total length is 100mm (120mm only for ICF-114 flange), and can be specified in 1mm increments.
・Unless otherwise specified, the overall length is the shortest overall length for each flange size.
