About This Product

■Features

・This is a hollow structure 1-axis (X-axis) stage. ・Can be used up to ultra-high vacuum region ・A micrometer head is used for the drive unit, and the stage movement per rotation is 0.5 mm. ・The bellows has been designed to provide flexibility in stage movement. ・By using the tilt screw on the front of the main unit, it can also be used as a simple tilt mechanism of up to 2 degrees. ・Since a micrometer head is used in the drive unit, it is ideal for fine adjustments in one axis direction where precision is required. ・By combining with other linear or rotation introduction machines, it is possible to easily adjust the conveyor line.
