About This Product

■Features・This is a 2-axis introduction machine that transmits linear and rotational motion from the atmosphere side to samples and equipment in vacuum.
・Since it is a magnetic type, the vacuum sealing with the outside is complete and stable operation can be obtained semi-permanently.
・Can be applied to equipment that requires linear motion or rotational motion installed in a vacuum.
・The inside of the container is electrolytically polished and can be used up to ultra-high vacuum areas.
・By using the stopper of each drive part, positioning can be done at any distance and angle.
・An internal rod is built into the main rod (pipe shaft), and in addition to sharing movement with the main rod, the internal rod can also move in a straight line independently.
・The main rod and internal rod rotate independently on the same axis.
・The tip of the internal rod is threaded, making it easy to attach attachments, etc.
・Ideal for transporting samples, etc. using attachments over long distances
