About This Product

■Features

・This is a rotary introduction machine with a hollow structure, and there are two types: a manual high-precision type and a motor-driven high-precision type. ・Using a worm gear in the drive unit allows for smooth positioning. ・Can be used in ultra-high vacuum equipment by connecting an auxiliary pump (sold separately) to the built-in differential pumping port (ICF-34) and performing differential pumping. ・We have improved the sealing method with our unique design and can be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientation. ・Ideal for inserting cryostat, liquid nitrogen shroud, etc. into ultra-high vacuum and rotating them.
