About This Product

■Features

・This is an introduction device that transmits rotational motion from the atmosphere side to samples and equipment in vacuum. ・Can be applied to equipment that requires rotational motion installed in a vacuum ・The inside of the container is electrolytically polished and can be used up to ultra-high vacuum areas. ・The rotation axis can be freely rotated 360°, and the stopper allows positioning at any angle. ・Since the rotating shaft and drive unit are directly connected with a bellows, higher rotational accuracy can be obtained than with the magnet method. ・Ideal for controlling positioning at more precise angles using motor drive, etc.
