■Features

This vacuum press machine improves work efficiency by eliminating unevenness when bonding samples and non-uniformity such as uneven tightening, and is simple and reproducible without requiring technical experience or skills on the part of the operator. Achieves good sample bonding work. In addition, with the conventional bonding method, the measurement value width is 10.0 μm or more, which improves the bonding accuracy by 1/10.
