About This Product

■Summary

The TEM holder that introduces two types of reactive gases is a TEM sample holder that allows in-situ observation and measurement with high resolution while simultaneously introducing two types of gases into the sample holder.

■Features

・Since the two gas tanks are piped separately from the sample holder, gases can be introduced simultaneously, individually, or while distributing the flow rate depending on the application or experimental purpose. ・A PZT actuator is used in the gas introduction valve to suppress vibrations, making it possible to observe and measure samples with the same level of resolution as a standard holder. ・The gas tank (1 piece: 50cc) and valve are unitized, so they can be easily replaced.
