■Summary

The cleaning TEM holder is a TEM holder that introduces reactive oxygen species into the vicinity of the sample chamber to reduce contamination by hydrocarbons in the TEM column.

■Features

・Can be attached to the TEM sample holder insertion part ・Vacuum evacuation of the radical oxygen generator is performed using the evacuation of the TEM body (DP evacuation mode) ・Pressure adjustment of differential exhaust can be done with the valve of the radical oxygen generator. ・The radical oxygen generator can be installed using the connection flange (NW40KF) (the radical oxygen generator is not included, so please prepare it yourself)
