About This Product

■Summary

The sample cooling TEM holder is a TEM sample holder that allows you to observe and measure the sample while cooling it by introducing liquid nitrogen into the sample holder.

■Features

・Liquid nitrogen is introduced from the rear tank with anti-bubbling measures to cool the sample holder and stabilize the movement of atoms, allowing clear observation of atoms. - Cooling can reduce damage to atoms caused by heat sources or electron beams. ・In a stable state after filling with liquid nitrogen, measurements can be performed for about 4 hours while maintaining -150℃. ・T-type thermocouple (copper constantan) is used for temperature measurement. ・The tip is an attachment type, so it is possible to observe, measure, etc. under conditions according to the purpose. ・This sample holder is also equipped with a vapor deposition mechanism that uses a filament, so it is possible to perform vapor deposition on the sample and measurement after vapor deposition.
