About This Product

XGL-HF is an ink that can faithfully reproduce solid and fine patterns, and can stably print fine lines with a line width of 100 µm with extremely high precision. XGL-HF ink is a two-component reactive glass screen ink. It has excellent printing stability, adhesion, and durability, which are essential for glass printing.

■Features

・Free from halogen (chlorine Cl, bromine Br) compounds and naphthalene. ・Excellent on-plate stability, suitable for large-format printing. ・Colorful printed matter is possible with a wide variety of colors. - Has excellent adhesion to glass and various resistances, allowing for a wide range of applications.

■Caution

・Due to the possibility of contamination with halogen compounds, only specified solvents and reinforcing agents can be used. - Squeegee rubber, emulsion, materials and materials, printing materials, etc. may contain halogen compounds, so please check before use. ・Confirmation before commercialization: Adhesion and durability may change due to differences in the material, process, printing, and drying conditions. Be sure to check adhesion and durability before mass production printing. ・Ink quality safety period: 12 months from the manufacturing date if unopened

■Safe handling

・Please use safety gloves and eye protection to protect your skin and eyes. If ink gets on your skin, wash it thoroughly with soap. If it gets into your eyes, wash your eyes thoroughly with water (or lukewarm water) and then consult a doctor. ・After use, completely seal the container and store it in a cool, dark place. ・SDS is available. Please request the SDS before handling this product and handle it at your own risk.

L-355 mesh (When using L-355 mesh, the printing area is approximately 80m2/kg with 939NC black)
*Recommended: L-screen 355 mesh manufactured by NBC Meshtech
*Can also be printed on T-350 mesh.
