About This Product
SenseAir CO2 transmitters eSENSE, aSENSE, and tSENSE series are lightweight, compact, maintenance-free, and low-cost general-purpose CO2 transmitters. It mainly measures the CO2 concentration in the residential environment from 0 to 2,000 ppm or 0 to 3,000 ppm with high precision and outputs analog or digital output.
aSENSE MIII is a controller with a built-in sensor that monitors both carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide simultaneously. A programmable transmitter uses these parameters to control ventilation rates, generate alarm signals, and more. The product can be used in typically large space applications where combustion is a potential hazard, such as closed car parks, tunnels and mines.
It can be used both as a control for ventilation systems and as part of an alarm system. This sensor can be configured using UIP software. aSENSE MIII offers the possibility of simultaneous measurement of CO and CO2, ensuring public safety. In addition, you will also save energy when using demand control ventilation systems.
aSENSE MIII can be used standalone to control ventilation systems or as a sensor within larger systems.
As an example for measuring larger spaces, the sensor can be connected to a simple relay loop to control intermittent operation of a two-speed variable exhaust fan. The sensor can also be connected to a Modbus RS485 network (optional) for serial communication, through which it can also access a comprehensive control system and a simple web gateway for data presentation over the Internet.
