About This Product
Uses ultraviolet light (UVA). Sterilization and resin curing can be performed. The device can also be used to observe cell changes caused by UVA, which causes wrinkles and sagging skin. It is small and enables wavelength selective irradiation. Four types of wavelength selection and simultaneous irradiation are possible. By irradiating each wavelength individually or by irradiating a mixture of two or more wavelengths, it is possible to derive materials with many characteristics.
Recommended for those who want to select wavelengths using the same device and reduce installation costs. The irradiation surface can be made uniform, and the irradiation amount can be stabilized within ±15%.
■Module production
Because we have a modular production system based on units, we can respond to requests for mass production in a short delivery time from order receipt to shipment. By using a reference irradiation unit, we can also handle small lots and large numbers of irradiated products.
■Prototype development ability
By collaborating with universities and research groups, we are able to propose irradiation equipment while receiving expert advice based on experimental results, and we are faster at improving prototypes than our competitors.
■Bactericidal ability
Our UV irradiation equipment uses light control to sterilize food, water, and space without contact, and can handle 1, 6, 24, 96, or 384 samples per well plate at a time. Moreover, the sterilization effect is superior to competitors because the irradiation area per shot is 80 x 120 mm, which allows multiple wavelengths to be irradiated over a wide range.
■Curing ability
Our products have an irradiation area of φ20 to φ80 (medium area), but by installing multiple irradiation devices, it is possible to expand the irradiation area and achieve high intensity irradiation using multiple wavelengths with intensity uniformity within 15%. We have the know-how and technical capabilities to make resin curing more effective and to improve performance compared to our competitors.
