About This Product

■PEM® brand clinching studs and pins can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials.PEM® clinching studs are easily installed into position by inserting them into appropriately sized mounting holes and applying pressure with any standard press.
・Can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
- Has high torque out and push-out force.

■SGPC™ Swaging Collar StudSGPC™ Swaging Collar Studs can be used in most base materials. It is possible to install multiple panels as long as the total thickness of the base material does not exceed the maximum thickness.
・Can be attached to thin plates of .024” / 0.6mm or more.
・Can be used to fix different materials.
・It is possible to sandwich multiple base materials as long as the total plate thickness does not exceed the maximum plate thickness.
- Can be attached to most materials, including stainless steel and hard non-metals.
- Can be used even when the distance from the center line to the edge of the board is short.
