About This Product
■PEM® brand clinching studs and pins can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials.
PEM® clinching studs are easily installed into position by inserting them into appropriately sized mounting holes and applying pressure with any standard press.
・Can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
- Has high torque out and push-out force.
■HFLH™ hard panel stud
HFLH™ studs are used for attachment to thin, stiff, high-strength materials.
- Attaches to thin, hard, high-strength steel base material.
- Recommended for HSLA base materials such as s500 up to 700MPa (hardness 96HRB).
