About This Product

■PEM® brand clinching studs and pins can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials.PEM® clinching studs are easily installed into position by inserting them into appropriately sized mounting holes and applying pressure with any standard press.
・Can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
- Has high torque out and push-out force.

■HFG8™/HF109™ Heavy Duty High Tensile StudHFG8™/HF109™ (Heavy Duty/High Tensile) studs are suitable for most applications from medium carbon alloy steels to heat treated steels and high strength steels.
・HFG8 and HF109 studs are used for heavy duty applications with plate thicknesses of .040” / 1mm or more.
・Grade 8 and strength classification class 10.9 studs meet a minimum of 150ksi / 1,040MPa.
- Recommended for use with steel or HSLA steel base materials with hardness below HRB89 / HB180.
・Large head diameter spreads compressive stress to the base material.
