About This Product
■PEM® brand clinching studs and pins can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials.
PEM® clinching studs are easily installed into position by inserting them into appropriately sized mounting holes and applying pressure with any standard press.
・Can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
- Has high torque out and push-out force.
■HFE™/THFE™ Heavy duty stud for thin plate
HFE™/THFE™ (Heavy Duty) studs provide maximum pullout force on thin sheets of .031”/0.8mm and larger.
-Larger head diameter relieves stress on the base material.
・Since the head is thick, the mounting hole in the base material can be made larger.
・By clinching, high strength can be obtained even for thin plates of .031” / 0.8mm.
- Recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials with hardness below HRB85/HB165.
