About This Product

■PEM® brand clinching studs and pins can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials.PEM® clinching studs are easily installed into position by inserting them into appropriately sized mounting holes and applying pressure with any standard press.
・Can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
- Has high torque out and push-out force.

■HFH™/HFHS™/HFHB™ Heavy Duty StudHFH™/HFHS™ (Heavy Duty) studs have large heads that protrude from the base metal. High pullout force can be obtained with axial fastening force distributed over a wide area. HFHB™ (Heavy Duty BUSBAR®) studs are ideal for applications requiring high electrical/mechanical bonding.

■Features・HFH studs are used in applications requiring high mounting strength, .050” / 1.3mm or larger.
・HFHS studs have high corrosion resistance.
・HFHB stud is an electrically/mechanically superior fastener made of copper base material.
・HFH studs are recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials with hardness below HRB85/HB165.
・HFHS studs are recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials with hardness below HRB70/HB125.
・HFHB studs are recommended for use on copper base metals with hardness below HRB55/HB83.
