About This Product
■PEM® brand clinching studs and pins can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials.
PEM® clinching studs are easily installed into position by inserting them into appropriately sized mounting holes and applying pressure with any standard press.
・Can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
- Has high torque out and push-out force.
■TFH™/TFHS™ Non-flush type stud
TFH™/TFHS™ (non-flash) studs are for thin plates of .020”/0.51mm or larger. The stud head protrudes approximately .025”/0.64mm above the base metal surface.
・A non-flush type stud for base metals of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
・TFH studs are recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials with hardness below HRB80/HB150.
・TFHS studs are recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials with hardness below HRB70/HB125.
