About This Product

■PEM® brand clinching studs and pins can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials.PEM® clinching studs are easily installed into position by inserting them into appropriately sized mounting holes and applying pressure with any standard press.
・Can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
- Has high torque out and push-out force.

■FHL™/FHLS™ Flash Small Head StudFHL™/FHLS™ (Flash Small Head) studs have a smaller head diameter than PEM FH/FHS studs and can be installed closer to the edge of the plate.
-Can be installed closer to the edge of the board than PEM FH/FHS type studs without protruding on the back side of the base material.
・Flash head for base materials of .040” / 1mm or more.
・FHL studs are recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials with hardness below HRB80/HB150.
・FHLS studs are recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials with hardness below HRB70/HB125.
