About This Product
■PEM® brand clinching studs and pins can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials.
PEM® clinching studs are easily installed into position by inserting them into appropriately sized mounting holes and applying pressure with any standard press.
・Can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
- Has high torque out and push-out force.
■FH4™/FHP™ flush head stud for stainless steel base material
FH4™/FHP™ (Flush Head) studs are high-strength screws for stainless steel base materials of .040”/1mm or larger. FHP studs have high corrosion resistance.
-FHP studs have high corrosion resistance and are ideal for medical, food operations and marine applications.
- Recommended for use on stainless steel base materials with hardness below HRB92/HB195.
