About This Product
■PEM® brand clinching studs and pins can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials.
PEM® clinching studs are easily installed into position by inserting them into appropriately sized mounting holes and applying pressure with any standard press.
・Can be installed on aluminum, steel or stainless steel base materials of .020” / 0.51mm or larger.
- Has high torque out and push-out force.
■FH™/FHS™/FHA™ flush head stud
FH™/FHS™/FHA™ (Flush Head) studs are used on aluminum, steel or stainless steel substrates.
・Flush head stud for plate thickness of .040” / 1mm or more.
・FH studs are recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials with hardness HRB (Rockwell hardness scale B) 80 / HB (Brinell hardness) 150 or less.
・FHS studs are recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials with hardness below HRB70/HB125.
・FHA studs are recommended for use on aluminum base materials with hardness below HRB50/HB82.
