■High-performance downstream sorting
Since the entire surface of the wire mesh is used for sorting at the same time, the work area is wide and high sorting ability is demonstrated.
■ Equipped with a wire mesh with excellent sorting accuracy
The corrugated bottom part is made of wire mesh with a wide mesh that has been punched out with high precision, allowing waste rice to come out cleanly and polished rice to not get mixed up.
■Equipped with an electronic scale with outstanding sensitivity
Adopts a full-fledged load cell type electronic scale that sensitively detects changes in the weight of lightweight items. Accurate measurement can be carried out reliably.
■Put the waste rice directly into the rice bag.
The waste rice outlet can be installed on either the left or right side depending on the workplace, allowing the waste rice to be placed directly into the bag.
■Wire mesh replacement without tools
The top of the main unit can be easily tilted forward without tools, making it easy to replace the wire mesh.
■Easy cleaning at the end of work
The inspection cover at the bottom of the refined (finished rice) elevator and the shutter at the bottom of the kudzu rice lifter can be easily opened with wing nuts for cleaning.
