About This Product
■Summary
A polycarbonate resin board with excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, and cold resistance. It is a non-combustible material that has been certified as a fireproof material by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (DW Certification DW-9054), and in the unlikely event of a fire, it will not emit toxic gases, creating a bright and comfortable architectural space.

It has outstanding impact resistance and has the toughness and durability required for construction and industrial materials.
■Transparency to create a beautiful environment
The light transmittance of the clear color is over 85%, making it comparable to glass. You can create a beautiful installation environment.
■Standardized double-sided weatherproof products
Special surface treatment makes it safe for outdoor use.
■Specific gravity is less than 1/2 that of glass
It is lighter and easier to handle than glass.
■Performance that prevents the spread of flames
It has the ability to naturally extinguish the fire if you remove the source of the fire. Even in the unlikely event of a fire, no toxic gas will be generated.
■Suitable for various temperature environments
It can be used in a wide temperature range from +110℃ to -20℃.
■All double-sided weather resistant products are UV protected
Cuts UV rays below 387nm.
■Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism certified product (DW-9054)
Can be used for roof applications (warehouses storing non-combustible items, etc.) in fire prevention areas, semi-fire prevention areas, or Article 22 areas of the Act. (2-8mm thickness)
■General grade (weather resistant on both sides)
It has excellent qualities such as transparency, impact resistance, combustibility, and lightness, and is available in a wide variety of varieties.
■Heat ray cut grade (weather resistant on both sides)
With new formulation and dispersion technology, it is possible to cut heat rays while maintaining the excellent characteristics and high transparency of Polycarbonate Ace.
■Industrial grade (Food Sanitation Law compliant)
This product is included in the Food Sanitation Law Positive List. We have improved our control standards for appearance defects such as decomposed foreign objects.

■Grade for molded signboards (weather resistant on both sides)
The printing and marking film application characteristics have been improved. It can be machined in the same way as Polycarbonate Ace.
