About This Product

■Data monitoring and settings are possible via host communication (optional)
- You can monitor and configure settings using external devices using RS-485 communication. You can monitor current and power values, and manage parameter switching based on the control target from the outside.
・Monitor items: current value, power value, power supply frequency, external slope setting monitor, alarm monitor, input signal monitor, phase angle ratio monitor, etc.
・Setting items: Internal manual setting, internal gradient setting, soft up/down time, various alarm setting values, current limiter value, output mode selection, RUN/STOP, etc.
■Transmission output allows easy connection to measuring instruments (optional)
- Equipped with loader communication function as standard.
・Can be connected to a computer via USB using the converter COM-KG. You can easily save various settings and setting values to your computer, and upload various setting values from your computer to the THV-10.
*Loader communication is for setup only. Do not use it for control or operation.

It comes standard with a wide range of functions such as automatic/manual switching, slope setting function, soft up/soft down function, external contact input, two-position control, and loader communication.
■About 50% lighter*
The 20A/30A type has achieved significant weight reduction. The weight of the control panel and control box can be reduced.

■Reducing the size of the transformer without limiting the magnetic flux density of the transformer (optional)
The transformer primary side control function can suppress excessive currents caused by momentary power outages on the load side (transformer). When controlling the primary side of a transformer, use a transformer with primary side control function. There are no restrictions on the magnetic flux density of the transformer.
■Heater disconnection with non-linear load can be detected.
- Up to 3 inflection points can be set according to the characteristics of the heater. It can also be used with loads (such as lamp heaters) that have large resistance changes due to temperature.
- Automatic setting of inflection point is possible.
