About This Product

■Full digital control capacitance level meter The conventional analog control has been improved to digital control, resulting in a significant improvement in operability. ■Advantages of capacitive type ・Continuous level measurement possible: Level can be measured continuously from 0 to 100% level. - Capable of highly accurate and reproducible measurements: There are no mechanical moving parts, and measurements can be made with reproducibility in mm units. Easy adjustments and reproducible measurements made possible by digital control ■Simply set the level between 0% (zero) and 100% (span). Auto zero-span adjustment using actual liquid: If you put the actual liquid into the tank and register the desired points for zero (0%) and span (100%) in advance, the 0 to 100% level will be automatically adjusted within that range. Measurement adjustment is complete. ■We can also handle tanks with complex shapes. Actual liquid linearization adjustment: Register each level value at each liquid level position at each inflection point of the tank. It can also be used for tanks with complex shapes where capacitance changes do not appear linearly with respect to liquid level. *If the setting is made across inflection points, or if the distance between the inflection points is not linear, satisfactory accuracy may not be obtained. ■Other special adjustments Span adjustment when the actual liquid is at a low position, zero adjustment when the actual liquid is at a high position: Even if the actual liquid cannot be set to zero (0%) or span (100%), the zero/span level is automatically calculated and set. ■Data can be managed via communication Can be equipped with RS-485/loader communication: Data management by a host computer or PLC and various settings of RMC-500 are possible. *Other product numbers are available.
