About This Product

■Environmentally friendlyBy adopting the push rod pressure method, there is no resin contamination due to mercury, etc.

■High reliability/high precision- The triple structure of the impulse part and the optional impulse tube cover reduce heat from the outside and fluctuations in the indication during tightening.
- Highly accurate pressure measurement with a maximum accuracy of 0.5%FS is possible when combined with an indicator and converter with built-in linearization. (Linearization support is optional)

■A built-in temperature sensor type can be manufactured.We can manufacture a type with a thermocouple temperature sensor built into the main body. Temperature and resin pressure can be measured with one mounting hole. (Thermocouple: K, J type class 2)

■Supports high temperature of 550℃Inconel and Spron diaphragm specifications achieve a maximum operating temperature of 550℃ (*). It is possible to measure the pressure of high-performance resins (high-temperature melting resins) such as polymer resins. Spron also offers similar corrosion resistance as Hastelloy C.
*If the temperature sensor is a thermocouple J type, the temperature will be 450℃.
