Double station vise for 3-axis processing machines: The DV series can grip multiple workpieces with one vise. There are two types of mouth width: 75mm and 125mm, and the maximum gripping force is 22.2kN. Additionally, each jaw moves independently toward the center, allowing it to handle workpieces of different sizes. It can also be used as a single-acting machine vise (125mm base type), making it useful in a wide range of situations.

Quickly convert from double station to single station. When grasping large workpieces, remove the center jaw and fix one jaw to the main body to quickly turn it into a precision single-acting vise.
Of course, the 3mm gripping width and high gripping force remain the same. The flexibility of one machine to serve two roles expands your range of activities.
■In combination with Rocklock, machining efficiency is greatly increased.
For example, if a 3-axis vertical MC with a machine table of approximately 700 mm width x 400 mm depth is used at a processing site, production can be significantly increased by adopting a 3-axis double vise and quick change system. If you install 3 Rocklocks on a machine table, each with 2 double vises, and 6 units in total in a quick change system, you can process a total of 12 workpieces in one process.
Also, if you load 12 material workpieces into 6 similar double vises outside the machine during machining, you can quickly remove all the vises inside the machine and load a new set into the machine after machining is complete. Machine downtime can be minimized by starting the next process.
Since it takes a certain amount of time to process 12 workpieces, one worker can perform multiple tasks during that time, such as removing the processed workpieces, inspecting them, and working with other processing machines. It will be.
