■Product overview

5thAXIS's high gripping force 5-axis vise The newly adopted key track structure, in which the main body and top jaw fit together, is securely fixed with a total of four setscrews in the front and back, minimizing upward lifting of the workpiece and deviation in the rotational direction. I will keep it to. As a result, the gripping force generated by the spindle (threaded part) of the main body is transmitted to the top jaw without loss, making it possible to clamp the workpiece with maximum gripping force despite the small body size. Minimum size (mouth width 75mm, depth 100mm, height 56mm) model: V75100X with 22.2kN, which is top class in the industry in terms of gripping force per unit volume. Due to its large gripping force, it can easily grip steel materials even with a gripping width of 3 mm or less, and there is no need for pre-stamping work.

■No prior stamping required. High gripping force and jaw serration shape

・The 5-axis vise X (X) series does not require any prior stamping on the workpiece. ・Reason 1: Because it has the highest gripping force in the industry ・Reason 2: Jaw (demon claw) serration design that resists vibration/shock during machining

■Duftail (dovetail groove) can also be used.

The jaw serrations make it possible to grip even relatively hard materials, but the dufftail (dovetail groove) on the jaws can also be used. This gripping method may not be very familiar in Japan, but it is widely used overseas. Not only can you grasp a workpiece that is larger than the vise body by overhanging it, but you can also suppress the physical lifting of the workpiece by grasping it with both the jaw serrations and the duff tail. This is an attractive workpiece gripping method that allows simultaneous machining of not only 5 sides but also 6 sides including undercuts.
