■Product overview
This is a long stroke multi-tooth blade chuck from Swiss Chuck. Since it contacts the workpiece on multiple surfaces, it is ideal for thin workpieces. Also, a single collet can handle workpieces with long strokes and different diameters.
LZK/LZK-S contributes to machining sites with its new product concept. The LZK is an ideal chuck that combines the characteristics of a three-jaw chuck, such as its ability to handle large strokes and various workpiece diameters, and the characteristics of a collet chuck, its high centering accuracy and easy setup.
For example, in material processing, workpieces with large diameter variations (e.g. 20±1.0mm) can be clamped with the same collet, and various materials (e.g. Φ20, Φ30, Φ40....) can be clamped by simply replacing the collet. Available for Φ27 to Φ162 (Size E). It has a proven track record when you want to clamp accurately from the first stage of processing.
Also, since the clamp has multiple teeth, there is less distortion compared to three-jaw clamps, making it ideal for thin materials such as pipes. Easy setup and no need for centering also contributes to reducing setup costs.
■Product features
