We have a wide lineup of products, including types with built-in overcurrent protection function and products with an output current of 6.0A, so you can choose the optimal product according to the gate capacity of IGBT/MOSFET. It guarantees a high common mode transient resistance of 40kV/μs, which is the highest in its class, so it can be used in industrial applications with harsh noise environments such as inverters and servos.
