About This Product

Circuit protection elements are used in the secondary circuits of various electronic devices to protect them from overcurrent and overvoltage (static electricity). Our products are chip types that meet the needs of surface mounting, making them ideal for downsizing equipment.

We have developed a high-current microfuse JHC type for the purpose of protecting medium-sized lithium-ion batteries such as power tools and power-assisted bicycles from external short circuits. By adopting a structure in which the fuse element and terminal are integrated, we have achieved a small size and high current rating despite being a surface mount type. The design is environmentally friendly as it is completely lead-free.

■Features・Achieved high current rating by adopting a structure in which the fuse element and terminal are integrated.
- Available in two sizes: 7358 (7.3 x 5.8 x 4.2 mm) and 1173 (11.0 x 7.3 x 5.9 mm), both of which are small and surface-mounted.
・The surface temperature rise when the rated current is applied is 75℃ or less, making it a fuse that has little effect on the surrounding area.
・Alumina ceramic is used for the case, and a unique structure is used inside the case to improve safety during fusing.
- Ideal for automatic mounting with a chip placer.
・Completely lead-free product.
