About This Product

The R5524 series is a high-side switch IC that complies with USB standards and uses CMOS process technology. It can also be used as a load switch IC with protection functions. It uses an Nch MOSFET as a switching element and has a low on-resistance (Typ. 100mΩ) and backflow prevention function. It has a built-in overcurrent limit circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, and undervoltage lockout circuit (UVLO), and is equipped with a delay circuit from overcurrent detection to flag output to prevent flag output malfunction due to inrush current. Masu. The overcurrent detection value is highly accurate to facilitate power supply design.
