About This Product

■Premium motors from the “The Motor” series that further pursue high efficiency and energy savings

It has been over 100 years since we produced the first purely domestically produced motor in 1909. Hitachi has always pursued the ideal of motors and has continued to work tirelessly. This is exactly the history of Japanese motors, and they are still active today as power sources for a variety of products. We have been working hard to develop high-efficiency motors, and in order to comply with the Top Runner regulation values ​​(equivalent to premium efficiency IE3) starting in fiscal 2015, we have developed the ``The Motor'' series, which is the culmination of Hitachi's extensive motor technology. Based on this, it has been reborn as "The Motor Neo100 Premium" series, which has achieved higher energy consumption efficiency. In addition to ensuring installation compatibility so that it can be used in the same way as conventional motors, it not only has an energy-saving effect, but also has further improved reliability, low noise, and low vibration technology. Product specifications

■Outdoor protection method IP55 adopted as standard

IP55 is standard for outdoor specification motors in Europe and other countries. Until now, in Japan, IP44 structure was the standard, and IP55 was made to order. The Top Runner motor also follows the IP55 outdoor motor adopted in "The Motor Neo100" series, which aims to become a global standard. The adopted IP55 structure is a highly reliable structure based on our unique design concept.

■Non-contact waterproof structure of shaft penetration part

The waterproof structure of the shaft penetration part is realized with a metal collar and cover, so it can be used in a wider range of environments than rubber slingers, etc., and the non-contact structure allows it to be used for a longer period of time.

■Electrical conduit joint

In the conventional series, the part that connects the conduit tubes was a separate part, but in the new series, the terminal box is integrated, achieving a higher level of protection.

■Fitting part

Liquid packing is applied to the mating parts to enhance the waterproof effect.
