・Adopts a pilot pressure control method using a nozzle flapper. ・Highly accurate and highly stable precision pressure control is possible within the set pressure range of 0.003~0.4MPa. ・Particularly suitable for control performance in the micro-pressure/low-pressure range of 0.03~0.1MPa. ・□42mm Compact size but large relief flow rate.

■Stable flow characteristics (RP1000 series)

・Stable flow characteristics with small pressure drop. ・Repeatability regardless of flow rate. ・Within ±0.5% of full span. - Sensitivity within 0.1% of full span.

■Long life and large flow rate ideal for balancers (RP2000 series)

・Achieves high performance, long life, and large exhaust flow rate. ・Precise pressure control is possible in the pressure range of 0.03~0.85MPa. - Regardless of flow rate, repeat accuracy: within ±0.5% of full span, sensitivity: within 0.2% of full span.

■Large relief flow rate (RP2000 series)

・Pilot pressure control method using nozzle flapper. ・Large exhaust flow rate type with large relief amount despite its small size of □50mm. ・Low-sliding packing is used for moving parts to achieve long life. ・Achieves excellent durability and sufficient supply/exhaust volume with high frequency and high response, making it ideal for devices such as balancers.
