About This Product

■What is a die set?

A die set is a tool used to attach a mold for plastic working to a press, and is used to maintain the correct positional relationship between the upper and lower dies. It consists of a forming section that forms the product by contacting the material, a mounting section that mounts it on the press machine, and a pressure receiving section that relieves the pressure acting on the forming section and transmits it to the press machine body. Each individual part is designed and manufactured to be as simple as possible.

This is a die set that incorporates a mechanism that realizes high-precision forging. Our unique die set configuration eliminates the influence of pressing, improving the concentricity of the inner and outer diameters, reducing the machining allowance of forged products, and reducing material costs.

■Features

・The lateral and rotational motion of the press reduces the influence of slide tilt and improves concentricity. ・By providing an uneven shape on the punch guide and lower die set, accurate and stable positioning is possible before molding. ・Appropriate rigidity is ensured by creating a unique gap in the punch guide to maintain the punch position.
