About This Product

Measure all binding parameters with high sensitivity. MicroCal PEAQ-ITC is a highly sensitive, low volume isothermal titration calorimeter that can measure biomolecular interactions in solution without labeling. The system directly measures all binding parameters in a single measurement and analyzes weak to high affinity binders using as little as 10 µg of sample. Semi-automatic maintenance features require minimal operator intervention. Additionally, the system can be upgraded to fully automated MicroCal PEAQ-ITC Automated. Ideal for laboratories where speed, sensitivity and, in the future, the ability to adapt to even greater workloads are of paramount importance.

■Summary

MicroCal PEAQ-ITC is designed for ease of use and excellent sensitivity. This system directly measures exotherms or endotherms during biochemical binding and calculates binding affinity (KD), binding ratio (n), enthalpy change (ΔH), and entropy change (ΔS) from these measurements. . With minimal sample preparation and system optimization, data can be obtained quickly and easily. The wide affinity range allows analysis of binders with low to high affinities with excellent reproducibility. In laboratory settings where biomolecular interactions are being investigated and high sensitivity and rapid results are paramount, the MicroCal ITC is an essential tool.
