About This Product

The coefficient of expansion is almost the same as that of steel, so it is suitable for heat-resistant protection, insulation, wear resistance, and anti-adhesion of steel and stainless steel. ◼︎Main use - For heat-resistant protection, corrosion-proofing, and insulation coating of steel and stainless steel. ・For heat-resistant and chemical-resistant coating of racks, vats, ladles, and crucibles. - For protective coating inside ducts, hoods, and chimneys. ・Coating of metal parts in vacuum furnaces. ・For protective coating of solder baths and jigs. ・As a coating agent for heat-resistant mold release. ◼︎Characteristics - Spreads well and is easy to apply with a brush, brush, or dipping. ・You can also apply spray coating using a paint spray gun, or local coating using a dispenser. ・Since the surface of the generated ceramic film is smooth, it has a mold release effect under high temperatures. ・Since it uses high-purity silica particles, it can also be used for coating precision metal parts. ・When cured, it forms a film of only inorganic substances and does not generate gas in vacuum or inert gas. Can also be used in vacuum furnaces and reducing atmosphere furnaces. ・If the film is exposed to low or high temperatures after coating, it is only necessary to dry it at room temperature and there is no need for curing. ・Since it is one-component, there is no need to mix it.
