About This Product
■ Overview
A set of "semi -automatic black dyeing equipment" and a set of drugs that make full -fledged black dyeing processing of tools and steel parts. The concentration and temperature control that caused the failure due to danger was automated by computer control, so that black dyeing can be performed safely without failure. In addition, it can prevent defective quality, such as the occurrence of red rust due to incomplete rinsing and inadequate black dyeing film due to inappropriate boiling.
■ Characteristics of heated black dyeing
・ The surface of the material itself is about 1 μm thick, which is transferred to a black film of iron (FE3O4), and does not affect the dimensional accuracy.
-The film is worn -resistant, rubbing and peeling or black dregs.
-The film holds rust prevention agents to exert an excellent rust prevention effect (indoor use).
-The processing solution is economical, which can be used repeatedly without disposal.
■ Functions and features of black dyeing equipment
・ A series of black dyeing processes (about 20 minutes): 1. Defeat (heating) ▶ 2. Overflow rinse ▶ 3. Black dyeing processing ▶2 Overflow rinse ▶ 5. Rust prevention treatment is all covered.
・ When the set temperature exceeds, the water injection of the specified number of seconds is automatically performed, so boiling in a constant temperature zone is always performed. No solution concentration and boiling point management are not required, and the optimal black dye quality according to steel material can be secured.
-The drainage excreted by overflow rinsing (after degreasing and after black dyeing) is a low -concentration alkaline water, so it can be neutralized with acid.
-The water shower injection function of the electric whistle can reduce the dyeing solution, prevent surface oxidation due to contact with oxygen, and to thoroughly rinse finish.
