About This Product

Dedicated pump for small flow rate transfer of sodium hypochlorite eliminates injection failures caused by gas locks

■Gas lockless

The GM-J series is a pump developed exclusively for the transfer of sodium hypochlorite. In addition to the valveless structure, it is equipped with an automatic gas venting circuit that forcibly exhausts the gas in the pump chamber upon startup, so there is no need to worry about ``gas lock'' that could not be solved with conventional reciprocating metering pumps.

■No pulsation

In addition to the valveless structure, the chemical gear pump GM-J type is equipped with an automatic gas venting circuit (patented) that forcibly exhausts the gas inside the pump chamber upon startup, so there is no need to worry about gas lock. In addition, the internal gear system produces extremely low pulsation, eliminating the need for pulsation suppressing devices such as air chambers.

■Wide flow range

By installing a commercially available inverter motor, a single unit can secure a flow rate range of 500:1 or more depending on back pressure conditions. Flow rate control enables metered injection with rangeability more than 10 times that of conventional metering pumps.

■Excellent life cycle cost

Adopts ceramic gears, ceramic bearings, and side plates with excellent wear resistance. There is almost no wear and tear on parts.

■Sealless

The magnetic drive mechanism prevents liquid from leaking from the pump.

■Suppressing liquid temperature rise

The heat dissipation fin shape of the titanium rear housing and the highly acclaimed heat diffusion technology self-radiation structure (PAT.) of our magnetic pump are used to suppress the rise in sodium hypochlorite liquid temperature to the maximum.
