Smoothly transfers slurry liquids and high viscosity liquids. Long life, low cost screw pump
■Standard pump BN/NS/BNS type
・Capable of low pulsation and quantitative transfer of liquids ranging from aqueous to high viscosity and concentration, as well as solids and fiber-containing liquids.
・Self-priming is possible up to a lifting height of 8.5m even if air or gas is mixed in.
・The pump can be rotated in either forward or reverse direction depending on the transfer conditions. *NS and BNS types are V-belt driven.
■Measuring pump MD type
・Highly accurate quantitative determination is possible with small flow rate (1.7L/min) and maximum pressure (2.4MPa)
・Size that allows stator disassembly and assembly work by hand
・You can change the pump model by simply changing the stator and rotor.
■Progressive model SCT type with advanced technology
・Split type stator with two independent upper and lower parts
・Easily removable high-performance rotor
・Required flow rate/pressure can be adjusted by tightening the segment.
