■Low temperature performanceLiquid nitrogen was transferred through a vacuum insulated flexible board, and the outer flexible board surface temperature was measured. Result: As the liquid nitrogen vaporizes, the ambient temperature decreases, and the temperature of the outer surface of the flexible cable also decreases. Therefore, taking into account the difference between the ambient temperature at the initial stage of the test and the outer surface temperature of the flexible cable, the influence of the final flexible cable surface temperature was estimated, and as a result, it was 0.6°C lower than the initial temperature.

■Maintaining insulation performanceWe conducted a long-term maintenance test at 200℃ for about 1.5 years using a 1/2" vacuum insulated flexible tube and collected various data. We can predict that the insulation performance can be maintained for more than 5 years.

■EffectIf 100 are installed, energy reduction effect is approximately 37MW/500m/year, annual reduction cost is approximately 840,000 yen/year (converted at electricity rate of 23 yen/kw), LCCO2 is approximately 25ton-CO2/year
