About This Product

Achieves both high oxygen dissolution efficiency and strong stirring convection. By generating microbubbles using a special air diffuser tube, increasing dissolved oxygen concentration, and distributing oxygen throughout the area, we support aerobic respiration of microorganisms and promote metabolism and decomposition.

■Highly efficient decomposition of BOD and COD

Aeration using the Aqua Blaster improves water quality to a standard that allows it to be discharged into the sewer.

■Significant reduction in sludge

By promoting the "self-digestion" of microorganisms, the amount of sludge generated from wastewater treatment can be significantly reduced.

■ Eliminating bad odors

The problem of bad odors can be solved by improving the lack of oxygen in water, which is the cause of bad odors (putrid odor and hydrogen sulfide), with high oxygen dissolution efficiency.

■Almost maintenance-free and easy to manage

Even when the sludge concentration is high using the activated sludge method, there are no problems such as clogging of the air diffuser pipes, so operation management is very simple.

■Power consumption reduced by 45%

Compared to traditional diffusers, power consumption can be reduced by 45%. This also helps reduce running costs.

■Aqua Blaster occurrence status

- Generates swirling flow and fine bubbles using patented special blades. - Gas and liquid collide with protrusions to generate swirling flow and fine bubbles. ・A downward flow is generated, and microbubbles are distributed to the corners and low parts of the aquarium. - Air from the blower is injected from the nozzle. ・The air lift effect lifts up water and sludge at the bottom.

■What is different from normal aeration?

The key to wastewater purification is the agitation convection of microscopic bubbles. ・Conventional aeration system Sludge accumulates at the bottom and becomes anaerobic. ・Circulating aeration system Oxygen is distributed throughout the tank, and sludge does not accumulate at the bottom. In order to maintain the environment of the wastewater tank, the key point is how to enable microorganisms to perform aerobic respiration metabolism. By installing Aqua Blaster in a drainage tank, it is possible to decompose and purify at high speed and with high efficiency.
