About This Product

Overview

■OP series

This is an ene-thiol resin-based optical UV-curable adhesive created using our proprietary technology. It has excellent optical performance and is used for bonding the optical path of optical equipment lenses and prisms.

■UV system

This is an ultraviolet curing adhesive using acrylic resin. Fast curing by UV irradiation is achieved, contributing to labor savings such as line shortening. For curing areas that are not irradiated with UV, there are also types that combine curing functions such as UV heating and 2-component UV. Features

■OP series

・The cured product is flexible and can minimize distortion to the adherend. ・No curing inhibition due to oxygen. ・Has optical properties close to glass.

■UV system

・UV fast curing, one-component type, solvent-free, high heat resistance, high durability

■Applications

・Optical lens adhesion ・Adhesion of craft glass ・High-precision fixing of precision parts
