About This Product

■Summary

This is a highly thermally conductive metal base board made of an epoxy insulating layer highly filled with a highly thermally conductive inorganic filler and conductive foil on an aluminum base, achieving a thermal resistance equal to or lower than that of an alumina ceramics board.

■Features

・High thermal conductivity (up to 10W/mK available) ・High reliability (voltage resistance, heat resistance, heat shock resistance, durability) Power modules are becoming smaller, more highly integrated, and more powerful every day. Boards are required to have higher heat dissipation, higher reliability, and easier processing than ever before. Denka has commercialized high thermal conductivity materials from this perspective. <Denka Hit Plate> consists of an epoxy-based insulating layer filled with highly thermally conductive inorganic filler and conductive foil on an aluminum base, and has a high thermal conductivity that is equivalent to or lower than that of an alumina ceramic substrate. It is a metal substrate. It is used in a wide range of fields, including air conditioner inverters, automotive parts, motorcycle electrical components, and communication equipment power supplies, and has received high praise from the market.
