■Features・The digital torque wrench tester DOTE4/DOTE4-G is equipped with a pass/fail judgment function. You can see at a glance whether the measurement results are acceptable or not based on the color of the numerical values ​​on the LCD display.
・In addition to entering the upper and lower limits of judgment using keys, you can also enter commands from an external device using a PC or barcode reader. *Special software is required to input commands from external devices.
- Since the loading device applies a load to the effective length of the torque wrench, calibration conditions are uniform and accurate measurements are possible.
- Torque measurement resolution has been improved by more than twice compared to the conventional DOTE3/DOTE3-G.
・DtRcv (Data Receiver), a wired data input tool that enables data management in Excel (R), can be downloaded for free. *"ExRcv (Excel Receiver)" was updated to "DtRcv (Data Receiver)" in March 2021. *Excel (R) is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation. *A separately sold cable (No.383 or No.385) is required to connect DOTE4 and PC.
・With function to output measurement results to PC or dedicated printer (RS232C/USB output terminal)
・For the large models DOTE500N4 (-G) and DOTE1000N4 (-G), the display position has been optimized to make it easier to see the display while working.
- DOTE4-MD2/DOTE4-G-MD2 is also available, which is equipped with an electric motor-driven loading device that is ideal for calibrating, adjusting, and repairing multiple torque wrenches.
- DOTE4/DOTE4-G with JCSS calibration certificate and uncertainty calibration certificate are also available.
- Power supply supports AC100V to 240V±10%.
- Compatible with use within the EU. With CE marking.
