■Summary
Zurich Instruments SHFLI Lock-in Amplifiers bring the benefits of lock-in amplifiers, such as noise rejection, phase sensitivity, and frequency tracking, to applications operating at frequencies up to 8.5GHz. SHFLI contains two physical channels that operate as independent lock-in amplifiers. Each is equipped with four dual-phase demodulators that enable parallel multifrequency analysis and a 6G samples/s signal generator for drive and reference signals. The demodulation filter can be tuned to obtain the best trade-off between noise rejection and measurement speed. USB and Gigabit Ethernet digital interfaces allow continuous data transfer to a computer at up to 4 MSa/s. Additionally, four high-speed and four precision auxiliary outputs convert measurement results to analog signals with custom scaling and offsets for integration with other equipment.
New innovation. GHFLI and SHFLI microwave lock-in amplifiers. SHFLI includes LabOne® control software and is easy and convenient to set up thanks to its graphical user interface. It also gives you reliable control over your entire measurement toolset, including a dual-channel oscilloscope with lock-in, FFT, parametric sweeper, spectrum analyzer, and more. Additionally, all functionality and data acquisition can be accessed from major programming languages for easy integration. LabVIEWTM, MATLAB®, C, .NET, and Python are supported.
SHFLI's low input noise, wide measurement window, and very fast time constant make it an ideal measurement tool for even the most demanding microwave applications.
