About This Product
We will select any LED chips from the visible and infrared wavelength range (λp470 to 1,300nm) and package them into one package. Up to 7 types of LED chips can be installed, making it ideal for downsizing devices. If a considerable number of chips are required, we can custom fabricate them by mounting the desired wavelength on the board.
As examples of chip mounting, R (red), G (green), and B (blue) are used in color analyzers, etc., and IR (near infrared) and R (red) are used in blood analysis equipment, etc. In addition, by sealing the stem with a hermetic can, reliability such as heat resistance is improved.
