■Summary
This device is a device that manually cuts large glass substrates. Since the cutter is installed in two directions, vertical and horizontal, it is possible to scribe vertically and horizontally. Additionally, this device is equipped with a break mechanism after scribing. We have also installed cameras and monitors to observe and confirm the scribe line.
■Features
・You can easily scribe and break workpieces (glass) manually using one device.
・Insertion of large glass substrates is compatible with MGV.
・Board size: Compatible with 5th generation (board size will be adjusted according to user specifications)
・The work table is divided into 3 parts, each of which can be suctioned and air blown.
・You can check the scribe position with the observation mechanism microscope (with LED lighting device)
・10-inch color TV monitor with electronic line unit
・X-axis stroke 1,350mm Y-axis stroke 1,150mm Manual lever operation for each axis
